X66's Terms & Conditions

X66 ("x66", "we", "the platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between x66 and its users.

• Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.

To open an account with x66, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

The information you provide at registration must be accurate — particularly your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. If any details change, notify support promptly.

• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• X66 may request identity documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

X66 taka's services are available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

X66 may request the following documents at any time to verify your age and identity:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Mobile Pay/Nagad Account Verification Details

X66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed and all deposits refunded.

Transactions on x66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently supported payment methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Funds cannot be sent to another person's mobile banking number.

• If money laundering or fraudulent transactions are detected, the account will be suspended immediately.
• X66 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on x66. Violation of betting rules may result in the cancellation of your bet.

• Single Bet: A bet placed on a single outcome in a specific event.
• Accumulator: Placing bets across multiple events combined. Get multiplied returns if all selections are correct.
• Live Betting: Bets placed during a live match. Odds change in real time.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the x66 Cash Out feature is active. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in certain circumstances.

Betting odds are set by x66 and may be changed at any time. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.

X66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Misuse of bonus offers may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• X66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus offers may be suspended if you are identified as a professional bettor or bonus abuser.

X66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• If money laundering or financial fraud is suspected.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

X66 believes gaming should stay entertaining. To help ensure it never becomes an addiction, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Session Timer: Sessions end automatically after a set period of inactivity.
• Temporary Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform whenever you choose.
